Open up the Command Panel. (Click here to see how to open up the Control Panel.)
Click Hardware and Sound => Devices and Printers.
Right-click your Brother machine and select Printer properties.

Click (Start button) => Control Console => Hardware and Sound => Devices and Printers. Right-click your Brother automobile icon and select Printer properties.

NOTE:
If yous meet the Change Properties button at the bottom left of the dialog box, click the Alter Backdrop push button before changing the settings.
